'Gentrification' and other whims of urban life.

Is the rapid influx of immigrants from the suburbs of Toronto displacing the local low-income population... or is it 'increasing the tax base, bringing middle-class energy... and introducing economic variety'? Left and Right face off in a heated debate which degenerates to name calling.

Whatever your view, us 'gentrifiers' should take a little notice concerning how our economic might affects established communities. But shouldn't neighbourhoods continually change? You be the judge.
